TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please read these terms and conditions prior to engaging the services of K9Stretch Training and Development. Your access to our consultation service is conditioned on your acceptance and compliance of these terms. By accessing or using this service you agree to be bound by the terms below.

1. Payment is due on or before the time of consultation. This is not negotiable.

2. The dog or dogs are to be sufficiently restrained when the trainer arrives at your property. This means your dog will be crated, penned, restricted to a back yard or in another room. We need to be able to enter the property safely without being jumped on, barked at or otherwise harassed by your dog so that we can discuss your needs safely prior to beginning your consult.

3. If upon arrival the dog is not adequately restrained I will call you so that you can restrain your dog before entering the property.

4. You agree to follow the trainers instructions for both yours and your dogs safety.

5. If at any point you actively put yourself, your dog or the trainer at risk by not following instructions K9Stretch reserves to right to cancel the consult without refund immediately.

6. Abuse of the dog or trainer of any kind will not be tolerated and results in immediate cancelation of consult without refund.

7. 24hrs notice is required for any cancellations or rescheduling of existing consults. No refund will be given without 24hrs notice.

Exceptions are made for genuine emergencies and/or illness that is out of the clients control.
